摘    要:应用酶联抗原直接包被法(ELISA—DAC法)(检测单粒花生种子)与温室生长法、指示植物接种法检测花生种子PStV带毒情况,其结果基本一致。1987和1988两年以应用温室生长法为主分别对229份和500份花生种质资源材料的PStV种传特性进行检测,参试材料PStV平均种传率分别为4.7%和8.6%,多数材料种传率分别为2—10%和5—20%。两年应用ELISA—DAC方法对146份花生材料进行复筛,分别得到PStV种传率1%以下材料3份和9份。

Abstract:A simple indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay procedure(direct antigen coating,DAC)was developed for detecting peanut stripe virus(PStV)in peanut seeds.There were almost complete correlations between results of ELISA-DAC tests and growing-on tests,or ELISA-DAC tests and infecti-vity assays.229 and 500 peanut germ plasm lines were initially screened by growing-on tests in 1987 and 1988.Average rates of PStV seed transmission of peanut lines tested were 4.7% and 8,6% in two years,respectivily.PStV seed transmission of most peanut lines tested ranged from 2-10%and 5-20% in two years.146 peanut lines which did not show PStV seed transmission in initial screening test were again screened by ELISA-DAC tests in the laboratory af er harvest.3 and 9 peaunt lines that had less than one percent of PStV-borne seed rate were achived.
