| 摘 要： | 微生物多样性研究是厌氧颗粒污泥自固定化现象研究中的一个重要内容,进行该研究的前提和关键步骤是DNA提取方法的确定,所提取DNA的纯度和产量直接决定了微生物多样性研究的成败。文章对各种DNA提取方法进行了综述与分析,在对比其优缺点的基础上提出了其各自的适用范围,以期为厌氧颗粒污泥内微生物的深入研究提供帮助。

| Abstract: | The study of microbial diversity is an important element in self-immobilization phenomenon of the anaerobic granular sludge,the premise and key step of which is the determination of DNA extraction method.The purity and yield of extracted DNA have a direct impact on the follow-up study.A variety of DNA extraction methods were reviewed and analyzed in this paper.The application scope of each method was put forwards on the basis of merits and demerits comparison,hoping to provide help for further microbe study for anaerobic granular sludge. |
