上海结缕草JD-1和结缕草属几个主要坪用草种的ISSR指纹分析

摘    要:以上海结缕草JD-1和细叶结缕草、沟叶结缕草、结缕草为试材,利用15个ISSR标记对其亲缘关系进行了分析,其中有14个ISSR标记在4个材料中获得了良好扩增,并由扩增条带构建成指纹图谱。指纹分析结果表明,上海结缕草JD-1与细叶结缕草、沟叶结缕草和结缕草3个种之间不存在亲缘上的直接联系,初步判断上海结缕草JD-1是一个新的变异材料。

Abstract:Shanghai Zoysia JD- 1 is a variety selected from wild germplasm o f Zoysia in Shanghai. In order to explore the relationship between Shanghai Zoys ia JD- 1 and the species of Zoysia widely cultivated in Shanghai area, ie. Zoys ia japonica, Zoysia matrella and Zoysia tenuifolia. Using fifteen ISSR markers t o identify their genetic relationship, amomg them, fourteen ISSR markers had get good amplification, and fingerprint of four Zoysia materials were created. The results obtained indicated that there are no direct genetic relationships betwee n Shanghai Zoysia JD- 1 and three lawn- using Zoysia species mentioned above. It is also suggested that Shanghai Zoysia JD- 1 is a new variety of Zoysia.
