| Abstract: | Advances of Mei research during the period 2004—2006 were summarized and discussed. This paper included achievements in genetic resources, breeding, techniques and physiology in propagation and cultivation, molecular biology, culture and application of Mei as well as progress in Mei industry etc.Finally prospects for further research were discussed. |
