摘    要:用60 Co -γ射线辐照中棉花粉 ,与四倍体棉花 (90 2 0 7)进行有性杂交 ,并获得后代材料。F1代表现出明显的中棉性状 ,F2 代在无限果枝型性状分离中仍有父本性状的显现。经分析和细胞学观察父本为二倍体 ,母本为四倍体 ,后代材料均为四倍体 ;F3 代同工酶电泳分析 ,零式果枝型显示出 1条中棉特有的谱带。证明二倍体遗传物质转入了四倍体细胞中。表明辐照父本花粉克服远缘杂交不亲和性 ,实现异源基因转移具有独特作用

Interspecific distant crossing through irradiating pollen of cotton
Abstract:The offspring materials could be got by using 60 Co-γ to irradiating pollen of G. arboreum L. and sexual hybridization with tetraploid cotton(90207).Characters of G. arboreum L. obviosly appear in F 1 generation,and some characters of male parent appear in indefinite fruit branch type segregation in F 2.By cytology observation,both the offspring materials and female parent are tetraploid,but male parent is diploid.By isoenzyme electrophoretic analysis,a certain spectrum of G. arboreum L. appears in one-stem lines in F 3.All of these prove that the inheritance substance of diploid has been transferred into the tetraploid cell.As a result,irradiating pollen of male parent could avoid non-compatibility for distant hybridization,accomplish the transfermation of allogene.
