摘    要:提出了一种考虑联络线暂态稳定性约束的最优潮流计算的新方法,它是利用等微增率准则及其线性近似的原理,通过寻找发电机有功出力变化量和联络线输送有功变化量之间的近似线性关系快速确定联络线输送功率的极限,并用此极限值作为不等式约束进行最优潮流的求解。在一个简化的系统上对本文提出的方法进行了实际测试,证实了其有效性。

Abstract:A new calculation method of optimal power flow considering tie lines transient stability constraints is proposed, which is based on the equal increment criteria and linear approximation principle. The threshold of transmission power of the tie line is determined rapidly through considering the near linear relation between the change of generator real power and the change of tie lines transmission real power, and the threshold is used to solve the optimal power flow of inequality constraints. Actual test in a simplified system shows that the method adopted is effective.
