活性炭脱色糖液效果研究

摘    要:研究了活性炭种类、用量,脱色时间、温度等因子对蔗糖溶液脱色的效果,并在波长420nm下采用分光光度计测定溶液的透光率,筛选出适宜的脱色条件。试验表明,粉末活性炭220对蔗糖溶液的最佳脱色条件为:活性炭用量6%,脱色温度70℃,脱色时间25min。在此条件下,蔗糖溶液的透光率可达93.6%。

Abstract:In this paper,the kind,amount of the powder active carbon and the decoloring conditions of sucrose solution such as temperature, time were studied. The transmittances were determinated using spectrophotometer at 420 nm. The results showed that the best amount of powder active carbon,temperature and the decoloring time were 6%,70 ℃and 25 min, respectively,under which the transmittance reached 93.6%.
