摘    要:茶叶是世界上最流行的无酒精饮品之一,具有许多生理保健作用。在包括中国在内的许多国家,茶树是重要的木本经济作物之一,它含有许多有价值的次生代谢产物。最近十多年来,茶树分子生物学研究是茶叶科学中最活跃和进展最快的一个领域。分离和克隆重要的茶树功能基因,对揭示茶树优质、高产和抗逆的分子机理,对采用基因工程技术进行茶树遗传调控等都有重要意义。本文介绍了茶树功能基因分离克隆的研究进展,并对今后茶树功能基因的研究提出了展望。

Abstract:Tea is one of the most popular non-alcoholic soft and healthy beverages in the world, which has many sanitarian functions. In many countries, as well as in China, tea plant (Camellia sinensis) is an important cash crop. It has great value as a source of secondary metabolic products. Molecular biology of tea plant is one of the most active and kinetic research fields of tea science in the last decade. Isolation and cloning of important functional genes of tea plant have critical significance on elucidating the molecular mechanism of high quality, yield and resistance, as well as genetic manipulating via biotechnology approaches for tea plant. In this paper, we introduced the research progress on isolation and cloning of functional genes in tea plant. In addition, the brief prospect on the research of functional genes of tea plant in the near future is also given.
