直喷式柴油机螺旋进气道与燃烧室结构的关系

摘    要:直喷式柴油机燃烧系统3要素匹配时,首先应保证燃烧室和进气道的合理匹配。为此,利用几种不同性能参数的螺旋进气道和不同结构形状的燃烧室,研究和探讨二者之间的关系。其结果表明:不同结构形状的燃烧室需与不同特性的进气道匹配,且优先考虑进气道涡流与燃烧室的合理匹配;若利用进气道综合性能系数来评价气道综合性能,尚需进一步研究。

Abstract:Reasonable matching between combustion chambers and helical intake port is the first to be insured in the process of matching of the three elements of combustion system on D.I. diesel engine. The paper studied relationship between the helical intake port with different characteristic and the combustion chambers with different form and structure. The results indicate that combustion chambers with different form and structure match with inlet ports with different properties and the rational matching between the swirl ratio and combustion chamber must to be considered firstly. The evaluation of synthetic performance of inlet ports by means of the synthetic performance coefficient is needed the farther investigation.
