海南山栏稻种质类缘与杂交育种利用的研究

摘    要:采用浮毛,谷粒酚反应,1-2穗节长度,谷粒长/宽比值,抽穗时谷壳颜色等5项指标,测验海南山栏稻20份原始的稻种类缘,证明属偏籼型的占15%,偏粳型占75%,粳型占10%,以山栏稻为亲本,分别与2型和粳型水稻品种杂交,在特定杂交组合中,某些性状表现较强的杂种优势。分析研究山栏稻与水稻杂种后代9项农艺性状的亲子相关性与遗传力,结果表明,千粒重,谷粒长度比值的遗传率很高,可在杂种早期世代选择,穗颈长,株

Abstract:An attempt was made to study the affinity and hybridization of Shanlan upland rice accessions with the common rice subspecies Hsien and Keng (Oryza sativa ). The affinity identification of 20 accessions of Shanland upland rice germplasm in Hainan showed that 15% of the accessions were of partial Hsien type,75% of partial Keng type,and 10% of Keng type. Respective hybridization of Shanlan upland rice as parent with varieties of Hsien and Keng showed hetorosis in some agronomic characteristics for some combinations The hybrids between Shanlan upland rice and common rice were examined in terms of 9 agronomic characteristics (quantitative features)to analyze the parent offspring correlation and heritability. Results indicated very high heritability percentage of weight per thousand grain and grain length/width ratio,which might be selected in early generation of the hybrids;high heritability percentage of ear stem length and plant height,which might be selected in near middle generation;and low heritability percentage of ear number/pand and grain per ear,which might be selected in late generation.
