硝基呋喃类药物在克氏螯虾组织中消除规律的研究

摘    要:研究硝基呋喃类药物代谢物在克氏螯虾组织中消除规律。用10μg/mL浓度的硝基呋喃类药物溶液浸泡克氏螯虾给药1h,然后在不同时间段采样,运用HPLC/MS/MS检测和分析硝基呋喃类药物代谢物在克氏螯虾肌肉、腮和肝胰腺中的消除规律。结果发现硝基呋喃类药物的代谢物在克氏螯虾腮中药物起始浓度最高,其次是肝胰腺,最后是虾肉。克氏螯虾体内4种硝基呋喃类药物代谢物,在2~4h,下降速度最快,4h以后下降速度呈减缓的趋势。在336h后,该类药物浓度降低到仪器检测低限以下。结果提示,一旦克氏螯虾被硝基呋喃类药物污染,很难在短时间内消除,增加了产品出口时的风险。

Abstract:The dynamical changes of Nitrfuran metabolites in muscle,lung and hepatopancreas of crawfish were investigated by HPLC/MS/MS analysis after crawfish were immersed in the nitrofuran with the concentration of 10 μg/mL for 1 h.The result showed that the initial concentration of Nitrofuran metabolites in lung was the highest,followed by hepatopancreas and muscle.The levels of four Nitrofuran metabolites decreased quickly between 2 h and 4 h,but after 4 h,the decrease became slower.After 336 h,the residues concentration was lower to the detection limit.It suggested that Nitrfuran metabolites are difficult to be eliminated from crawfish,thus increasing the risk of product exportation.
