| 摘 要： | 检测了编号为M1、M2、M7、M8、10#羊肚菌菌丝体在液体培养基中生长时胞外酶的活性及培养液中糖与蛋白质的含量,同时观察了菌丝体生长情况。结果表明:菌丝体生长情况各不相同,10#在菌丝片的产生及菌丝成团最早,依次为10#M8M7=M2M1;与碳水化合物降解相关的酶(纤维素酶、淀粉酶)活性变化趋势基本相同,在发酵的第2~3天出现第1个峰值,并于第6天出现第2个峰值,且第1个峰值大于第2个峰值;在整个培养期内漆酶、愈创木酚酶、蛋白酶均有活性,产酶高峰也不尽相同;蛋白质、糖含量随时间变化且与酶活力相关。
