| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查和实地访谈,对陕西基层公共图书馆古籍管理人员的现状及问题进行了分析,总结出这些人员的基本特点是：文化水平普遍偏低,收入偏少,从业时间长,专业素养较低。在此基础上,提出了相应对策。

| Abstract: | Through questionnaire surveys and field interviews,this paper has analyzed and summarized the basic characteristics of ancient works management personnel of grass-roots public library in Shaanxi----generally low educational level,income less than normal,practitioners for a long time while professionalism shallow.On this basis,the paper proposes some countermeasures. |
