摘    要:采用60CO-r射线不同剂量(0~1 600Gy)辐射红三叶种子,观测其对种子发芽率、出苗率、株高和产量的影响.结果表明:辐射对红三叶发芽率的影响因品种不一而差异显著,辐射水平对发芽率的影响不显著;低剂量的辐射(0~400Gy)对植株的生长有促进作用,高剂量的辐射(>1 000Gy)明显抑制生长;辐射诱变的适宜剂量为800Gy.

Abstract:In this study, the seed germination rate and the growth of plant of Red Clover were observed under the condition of being radiated with different dosage (0 to 1 600Gy) of 60Co r-ray. The result showed that the influence of radiation on the red clover germination rate for different varieties had significant difference, while the radiation effect on the germination rate was insignificant. Low doses of radiation (0-400Gy) on plant growth showed a promoting effect, while high doses of radiation (〉1 000Gy) could significantly inhibit the growth of the plant. And the results also indicated the appropriate dose of radiation mutation is 800 Gy.
