| 摘 要： | 本文报导了从呼和浩特市郊采集和分离到的天幕毛虫(Ma1acosoma neutria testacea M)核型多角体病毒对3龄初天幕毛虫幼虫的毒力测定结果。幼虫死亡率随感染浓度的增大而上升,而感染浓度与感染时间是负相关的。感染浓度与死亡率回归方程式为y=1.5259+0.8099x,LC_(50)值为1.95×10~4pIB/ml,其95％的置信限为1.334×10~4～2.786×10~4PIB/ml。病毒浓度为1.28×10~7,1.28×10~6和1.28×10~6PIB/ml的LT_(50)值分别为7.31天,8.48天和8.84天。
