抗菌素半合成生产废水厌氧处理工艺及动力学研究

摘    要:采用水解酸化工艺处理含有较多硫酸盐及青霉素、头孢霉素等无机、有机毒物的抗菌素半合成生产废水的可能性及其动力学机理进行了研究.结果表明:当进水CODCr浓度为5000~6000 mg/L,水解酸化池HRT为7 h,UASB的HRT为14 h时,COD容积负荷达到10.62 kg/(m3*d),COD去除率70%~80%,符合后续好氧处理的进水要求,反应机理符合有毒物抑制时的Monod方程修正式.其动力学常数vmax在0.1~0.3 d-1之间,Ki在2.3~3.0 mg/L之间.为抗菌素半合成生产废水处理的最优化设计和运行研究提供了参考依据.

Abstract:The high-strength antibiotics production wastewater containing toxic and refractory substances treated by lab-scale mesophilic hydrolization-acidification reactor was described,and the reaction dynamic mechanism was investigated,too. When the reactor was operated in influent CODCr 5000-6000 mg/L and HRT of hydrolization-acidification reactor and UASB 7 h and 14 h .separately, the volumetric COD loading rate and COD removal rate reached 10. 62 kg/(m3.d) and 70%-80%, respectively, which will in accord with the influent demand of followed aerobic treatment. The reaction mechanism tallied with the amended Monod equation. The anaerobic kinetic constants of vmax and Ki for the wastewater treatment were 0.1-0. 3 d-1 and 2. 3-3. 0 mg/L. therefore a valuable suggestion for the optimization of design and operation of the anaerobic treatment system was put forward.
