银杏叶黄酮提取溶剂研究

摘    要:对几种银杏叶黄酮提取溶剂研究表明,NaOH水溶液提取效果最好,NaOH乙醇溶液次之,0.25%NaOH乙醇溶液中银杏叶黄酮的最大提取率比用乙醇提取提高28.4%,时间缩短0.5h;在0.1%NaOH水溶液中,银杏叶黄酮的最大提取率提高46.5%,时间缩短1h。

Abstract:Some solvent systems for extracting flavone from gingko (Ginkgo bibola) leaves were studied, i. e. ethanol, NaOH ethanol solution, NaOH water solution and Na 2CO 3 water solution. NaOH water solution gave the best results, followed by NaOH ethanol solution. Compared with extraction with ethanol, the greatest extraction rate of flavone increased by 28.4% and 46.5% and the extraction time was reduced by 0.5 and 1 h in the treatments of 0.25% NaOH ethanol solution and 0.1% NaOH water solution, respectively.
