两株植物内生放线菌在植株体内定殖能力的测定

摘    要:用抗药性标记法对两株植物内生放线菌进行标记,并测定其在黄瓜、小麦、白菜以及番茄四种植物体内的定殖能力[1],发现在四种植物的茎中都检测到Fq24菌株的存在,在小麦、番茄根茎和黄瓜茎中发现有Lj20菌株。并且发现两种内生放线菌对四种植物种子的根、芽萌发有不同程度的促进或抑制作用,而只对番茄和小麦苗期的根茎生长有促进作用。

Colonized Ability of Two Strains of Endophytic Actinomycete in Plants and Their Effects on the Growth of Plants
Abstract:Two strains of endophytic actinomycetes candidates with significant biocontrol potentials were tagged with antibiotics,fungicides or combination of them.The result showed that the stems of four crops could be colonized by strain Fq24.Strain Lj20 could colonize the stems of wheat,tomato and cucumber and the root of wheat and tomato.Strains Fq24 and Lj20 had development or inhibition effect on germination of seeds and growth in seedling stage of cucumber,wheat,cabbage and tomato,and had inhibition effect on growth of root and stem of tomato and wheat.
