浯峰贡茶的栽培管理与加工工艺

从茶园的精心培育与管理(包括种植密度、施肥种类及用量配比、修剪时间及方法、抚育管理等)和加工方法的改良(包括加工机械的选择与更新、鲜叶的采摘分级、鲜叶的摊放方法、炒茶工艺及其参数控制)等方面入手,采用对比分析的方法,探索出了浯峰贡茶的栽培管理措施与加工工艺;即采用矮化密植的栽植方式,早施、重施肥料且多施有机肥,提前修剪(改春剪为秋剪)和茶园铺草,能有效地增强茶树的抗旱抗寒能力,提高单位面积的产叶率和优质鲜叶的比例;并将传统的一锅到底的加工方法改变为青锅、摊凉和解锅等多程序炒茶工艺,采用这一技术,特别是在时间、温度、投叶量和含水率等参数上严格控制好,可使生产出来的茶叶成品色绿、形美、香郁、味甜．
