| 摘 要： | 转基因技术一直是植物分子生物学研究的重要领域之一。自 1986年至今 ,玉米的基因转化技术研究取得了很大的进展。笔者从玉米的转化技术、转化受体、标记基因的选择及外源基因在后代的遗传规律等方面 ,概述了玉米转基因技术研究的最新进展。

| Abstract: | The research on the gene transformation always is a hot spot in the field of plant molecular. Great progress had been made in maize transformation since 1986. In the paper the new progress made in the various aspects of maize transformation was summarized, including approaches of transformation, select gene, receptor and inheritance of transferred genes in transgenic offspring. |
