用近红外光谱法检测茶纤维的研究

摘    要:用Van soest法及NIRS(NEOTEC 6350)法检测了31个中国红、绿、乌龙茶标准茶样及Assame和Siensis变种新梢(芽,第一叶至第五叶)的NDF、ADF和ADL含量,用多元回归进行校正,结果表明,这两种方法所分析的结果间具有高度的相关性,其相关系数(r),绿茶为0.968—0.972,红茶为0.927—0.966,乌龙茶为0.880—0.947,新梢为0.894—0.971,经过λ_2、λ_3校正,相关系数接近0.99,两种方法具有相似的准确性,而NIRS法准确、快速和自动化程度高。

A Study of the Measurement of Cellulosic Fiber in Tea with Near-Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy (NIRS)
Abstract:Many spectra (1100—2500 nm) for some made teas and shoots are obtained with the NEOTEC 6350 (NIRS).After the mathematical treatment (derivation) of the spectra used,the spectrophotometer is calibrated by the multilinear regression method.The obtained data are compared with outcomes of the Van Soest's chemical test.The corresponding correlation coefficients (R) vary 0.968 to 0.972 for the steen tea, 0.972 to 0.966 for the black tea,0.880 to 0.947 for the Oolong Tea and 0.894 to 0.971 for the shoots (calibrated only λ_1). However, R could be reached to 0.99 if the λ_2 and λ_3 were taken into account. Results show that both techniques are equivalent in precision. The NIRS, however,is quicker and easier to use than the other.
