超声-Fenton氧化联用处理印染废水

摘    要:采用超声-Fenton氧化联用处理印染废水,并将超声-Fenton氧化联用与两种方法单独作用对废水的处理效果进行了对比。考察了初始pH、Fe2+、H2O2投加量和反应时间对印染废水的处理效果。结果表明,对于CODCr浓度为1 000mg/L的印染废水,超声-Fenton氧化联合处理在pH为4,Fe2+投加量为0.02mol/L,H2O2投加量为0.18mol/L,反应时间6min,CODCr的去除率达到最高61.05%。

Abstract:The combination of Ultrasonic with Fenton oxidation is used to treat dyeing wastewater and compared with the two methods alone for wastewater treatment.The effects of the initial pH value,Fe2+ and H2O2 dosage,and the reaction time on dyeing wastewater treatment are investigated.The results show that,for the dyeing wastewater with CODCr concentration of 1 000 mg/L,when the initial pH is 4,Fe2+ dosage is 0.02 mol/L,H2O2 dosage is 0.18 mol/L,and the reaction time is 6 min,the CODCr removal rate can reach the highest value 61.05%.
