制定、修订微灌标准的建议及分析

微灌设备器材产业发展成为一个年产值几百亿元的产业链,是一个庞大的市场,需要制定完善的微灌产品标准系列,对企业加以指导,对市场进行规范,使微灌产业健康地发展。随着我国微灌事业的迅速发展,目前微灌标准已不能满足需要,应该根据最新的科技进展、新产品和新的工程技术进行制定、修订相关标准。具体的方法是:通过对国外微灌技术、微灌标准发展现状及发展趋势的调研、了解,建立微灌标准体系框架和标准名细表,这也是制修订标准的规划蓝图,据此,提出了制修定国家、行业微灌技术标准的理由及具体建议。

Proposing Suggestion and Analysis on Formulation and Revision of Micro-irrigation Standards

The micro-irrigation equipment industry has become an industrial chain,which can create tens of billions outcomes per year.In order to guarantee properly the development of the micro-irrigation industry,it is urgent to improve micro-irrigation standards so as to normatively guide the production of the corporations and the market regulation.With the rapid development of micro-irrigation industry in China,the current micro-irrigation standards cannot meet the practical needs unless the formulation and revision of the related standards to be made according to the achievement of latest technologies and new products.Based on studying the current situation and trends of the domestic and foreign standards of micro-irrigation,the framework and detailed catalog of micro-irrigation is established in this paper,which could be a planning blueprint for next formulation and revision of the national and industrial standards.As a result,some specific analysis and suggestions on formulation and revision of the national and industrial standards are proposed according to the planning blueprint.
