摘    要:新疆伊犁野生樱桃李是我国特有的野生珍稀果树资源,通过概述该资源的分布现状,并对樱桃李鲜果进行了营养成分分析,分析表明,樱桃李果实的K含量很高,氨基酸丰富,可滴定酸和可溶性固形物水平较高,富含维生素以及胡萝卜素.根据分析结果论述了樱桃李的开发利用价值,并针对产业化发展的品种、区域和育苗等重要问题进行了讨论.

Abstract:Wild cherry plum in,Ili Xinjiang is one of the most proper, wild rare, national fruit tree resources. In this article, the present distribution status of this resource is summarized. The nutrient analysis is carried out, and the result shows that cherry plum fruit contains abundant mineral element K, plentiful amino acids, high level tritrable acid and soluble sugar, abundant vitamin and carotene. The exploiting and using of natural value is related briefly on the basis of this analysis, and the key problem aimed at variety selection, region planning and plant nursery in industrialized development of cherry plum are discussed.
