车辆用钕铁硼永磁发电装置的电子稳压研究

摘    要:通过对车辆用钕铁硼永磁发电装置稳压原理的研究,采用高磁性钕铁硼永磁材料和对发电装置进行改进设计,提高了低转速时的输出电压,使永磁发电装置在变转速、变负荷工况下输出电压保持稳定。设计的单相双半波可控整流稳压式电子稳压器,集稳压、整流于一体,电能消耗少,发电效率高,并解决了车辆用电设施的直流电源和蓄电池充电的问题。

Abstract:After the study on the voltage-regulating theory of permanent magnet generating set for farm automobile appliance, the permanent magnet generating set is redesigned and strong Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet material is adopted, this improves the output voltage at low speed. The voltage-regulation of the vehicle at different speed and load is studied, and the single-phased double-half-wave controlled rectification circuit for the electronic voltage regulator is designed. The regulator can rectify the circuit and output steady voltage, consume less electricity, and have higher efficiency. The requirement of DC for automobile electrical appliance and charging system is fulfiled.
