| Abstract: | The effectiveness and measures of afforestation project of Sino-german financial cooperation in Gangu county was recounted,some developing strategies have been put forward in this paper that the government sets its main measures on further mobilizing peasants’ enthusiasm by means of returning the rights to the hands of the people,and the core of afforestation work by means of improveing the survival rate,fundamental of the efficient operation of the project by means of scientific management. |
