野大麦幼根和幼叶悬浮细胞系的原生质体培养

摘    要:以野大麦(Hordeumbrevisubulatum(Trin.)Link)的幼根、幼叶为外植体,诱导愈伤组织,建立悬浮细胞系。利用胚性悬浮细胞系进行质壁分离处理再游离原生质体,在不同的光照条件下进行原生质体培养,并由原生质体再生出小细胞团。

Abstract:In this study,young roots and young leaves of wild barley ( Hordeum brevisubulatum (Trin.) Link) were used as explants to induce calli.Through several subcultures,embryogenic calli were selected and adopted to establish suspension cell lines.Protoplasts were isolated from embryogenic suspension cell line after plasmolysis treatment and cultured under different light conditions.Cell mini clusters regenerated from protoplasts.
