内毒素血症山羊血浆氨基酸含量变化与氧自由基代谢的关系研究

摘    要:以内毒素诱发山羊微循环障碍为模型,12只山羊随机分为两组:A组为对照组(N=6),B组为实验组(N=6)。检测内毒素血症山羊血浆17个氨基酸含量变化,以及氧自由基代谢指标血浆丙二醛含量,超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性。

Abstract:To study the changes of plasma amino acid and oxygen free radicals metabolism in endoto xemic goats,twelve goats were equally divided into two groups,the exprimental goats were induced microcirculatory disturbance with endotoxin The contents of plasma amino acid,malodialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH PX)activities were measured respectively The results showed:The levels of plasma Asp,Ser,Gly and Ile were decreased,and the other plasma amino acid values were increased at 3h,6h,12h,24h in endotoxemic microcirculatory disorder goats Meanwhile,the contents of MDA increased,activities of SOD,GSH PX decreased The study indicates that endotoxin and oxygen free radicals can induce abnormal changes of the plasma amino acid,and oxygen free radicals may be the important humoral factor during endotoxemic microcirculatory disturbance in goats
