辽宁省本地黑猪种质特性评价

摘    要:辽宁本地黑猪窝产仔数,初产11.61头,经产13.52头,肥育猪日增重548g每千克增重消耗4.27kg混合料。体重100kg时胴体瘦肉率为49.37%6~7肋间皮厚0.32cm,肌肉色泽鲜红,肌肉脂肪含量丰富,背最长肌和半膜肌的失水率比约克夏猪分别少失水3.34%和7.69%,背最长肌的熟肉率比约克夏猪高2.39%(P〈0.05)。贮存损失比约克夏猪少损失5.44%(P〈0.01)。肌肉内脂肪可

Abstract:The results of the study showed that the local breed of Liaoning Black Pigs had high fertility with average litter size of 11.61 piglets from primiparous gilts and 13.52 from multiparoussows. The dayily weight gain of growing-finishing pigs was 548g with feed conversion of 4.27.The carcass lean rate was 49.37% and the skin thickness was 0.32cm between the 6th and 7thribs at 100kg body Weight. The meat color was bright red and the muscle muscle rich in fat. The mois ture lost rates of tendesloin and semimembranosus were 3.34% and 7.69% less than those ofYorkshire, respectively.The cooked meat Percentage of tendesloin was 2.93% higher (P<0.05)and the lost tate in store 5.44% less (p<0.01)than those of Yorkshire respectively. Thephosphatide and HDL-C contents in the muscle fat were significantly higher but cholesterolcontent in the total lipid less than those of Yorkshire.
