一年生杂种李苗性状分离研究初报

以吉林６号李，金县大紫李等７个品种为亲本，组配１１个杂交组合，获得３４１个杂交单株。对杂交后代一年生苗的叶长，叶宽，叶宽基距，叶形指数，株主同等１２个性状的组合间性状差异程度及组合内性状分离状况进行分析，结果表明，一年生杂种李苗在组合间表现明显差异，在组合内各性状均有较大的分离表现，为李子杂交育种的早期性状鉴定和选择提供了可能性。

A Preliminary Study on the Triat Segregation of One-year Plum Hybrid Seedlings

Eleven hybrid combination were designed by using 7 plum cultivars (Jiling No.6,Jinian Dazi etc) as Parents and 341 seedlings were obtained. Some relative traits of one-yearseedlings of hybrid progeny were investigated, including 12 characteristics such as leaf length.leaf width, length from the widest part to the base of the leaf, leaf index and seedling heightamong combination, and the characteristic Segregation in acombination also was andalyed. Theresults showed that one-year seedlings Varied significantly among combinations and thesecharacteristics presented obvious Segregations in combination which gave a possiliby to determineand select suitable seedlings at earlier stage during the process of plum hybridized breeding.
