我国食物消费结构的趋势研究

摘    要:根据中国科学院中长期食物发展研究组的预测,从现在起到下世纪初我国主要食物存在明显的供需差距,面对人均食物资源日趋势紧缺,总需求与总供给不平衡的沉重压力,必须对食物生产结构进行调整,根据未来的食物消费结构趋势,广辟食物来源,引导合理食物消费,形成科学,营养,适度的消费结构,同时从系统观念出发,通过生产结构调整,使食物资源开发利用更合理,从而达到食物生产消费结构的协调,产生最佳效益。

Abstract:The Staple food resource in China will encount obvious difference between supply anddemand from now to the end of the century according to the predication made by long andMedium-term Food Research Research Group of China Academy of Sciences. Facing with foodresource shortage and imbalance between total supply and demand gradually,itis necessary toadjust the structure of food consumption and production. That is a basic approach for Chinato realiza its goal from 'Xiao Kang" to richer.Therefore, we must develop food resources,guide consumers to a rational consumption,and establish a consumming structure in terms ofscience, nutrition and moderation. Meanwhile, in order to rationally make the development andutilization of food resource China has to adjust its production structure so that a coordinatefood consumption and production structure,including, the best benefit will be reached in thefuture.
