胞外多糖酶活性和木耳子实体形成的关系

摘    要:以木屑为主的代料栽培的木耳子实体形成期胞外纤维素酶的活性随着子实体形成逐渐上升,当淀粉酶活性下降至较低水平时,前者达到高峰,此后随着子实体成熟,淀粉酶活性上升,纤维素酶活上升缓慢至下降,鉴于木耳形态分化过程中发生上述生化变化,运用刺激,抑制或采摘等方法影响子实体生长时,均会使3种胞外多糖分解酶的活性产生相应改变。

Abstract:FOr two trsted sttains,793 and Ji You. grown in wood residues as the main culturalmaterial, their curves of cellulase activities produced in the medium were in good apreement withthe formation process of fruiting bodies, but that of amylase activities were on the contrast. Inview of results above obtained from morphodifferentiationof fruiting body, their activities ofthose enzymes were also responsible for factors which influenced the formation of fruitingbody.
