三交杂交水稻的育种研究

通过利用胞质雄性不育系与临时保持系杂交 ,获得杂合不育系 ,再与恢复系杂交的方法配制了 1 5个三交杂交稻组合。试验结果表明 :杂合不育系柱头外露率高 ,其制种产量比纯合不育系提高 3 8.1 %～ 79.7%。大部分三交杂交稻组合在株高、抽穗期等主要农艺性状上表现基本整齐一致 ,能达到生产应用要求 ,大多数组合的产量较对照增加 6%～ 9%。

Study on Breeding of Triple Hybrid Rice

Fifteen triple hybrid rice combinations were bred by cross of cytoplasm male sterile/temporary maintainer line//restoring line, the heterozygous sterile lines from cytoplasm male sterile/temporary maintainer line had high rate of outshowing stigma and could raise the yield of seed production of hybrid rice by 38.1%～79.7% compared with the common sterile lines. For most triple hybrid rice combinations, their main agronomic characters such as plant height and heading date were basically uniform and could reach the requirement for production and application. What is more, the yield of most triple hybrid rice was higher than the check by 6%～9%.
