转子式机油泵运动件动力学接触仿真分析

摘    要:对某厂生产的某款转子式机油泵内外转子模型进行有限元前处理,并用ANSYS/LS—DYNA计算了转子在啮合过程中齿面接触应力、应变的变化情况及接触压力的分布情况。仿真结果显示在完全啮合时,转子的接触应力虽然在屈服极限内,但是大于理论计算最大应力值,表明该厂的某产品存在一定的质量问题。最后针对该产品出现的情况探讨了解决途径。

Abstract:The finite element fore treatment of inner and outer rotor models in rotor lubricating pump which is produced by anonymous manufacturer is operated. And the contact stress, deformation and distribution of contact force during the engagement process are calculated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The simulation result shows that al- though in the yield limit,the contact stress during the complete engagement process is larger than theory maximum stress.
