摘    要:较为详细地讨论了蔬菜水果中农药残留的分析方法,着重论述了样品的前处理过程和检测手段。一些新的样品前处理技术,像超临界流体萃取和固相分散正不断应用于农药残留分析中;质谱这一鉴定手段将会得到更广泛的应用;原子发射检测器的选择性好,能够对多元素进行同时分析检测,将会在农药残留的分析中扮演重要的角色;免疫分析法已经在农药残留分析中显示出巨大的潜力。

Development of Pesticide Residues Determination in Fruits and Vegetables
Abstract:The present analysis for pesticide residues in fruit and vegetables is surveyed in details. The preparation of analytical sample and the determination method were reviewed. Some new techniques of sample preparation , such as supercritical fluid extraction and matrix solid dispersion have been applied. MS will be applied wildly in the analysis of pesticide residues. Atomic excitation detector has been developed rapidly in gas chromatography, and it will play an important role in multiresidue analysis of pesticides. Immunoanalysis has showed great potentialty in analysis of pesticide residues.
