| 摘 要： | 以10个石榴品种为试材，研究其不同发育期果实果汁中花青苷含量及品质指标的变化，结果表明：随着天数和果汁颜色的增加，石榴汁中花青苷含量、百粒重、可溶性固形物含量和出汁率均在10月5日时达到最高；大青皮酸果汁中花青苷含量最高，三白最低，不同石榴品种中的花青苷含量差异性均显著；不同石榴果实百粒重之间均成极显著差异，大马牙甜百粒重和出汁率均最高，与其它品种差异性显著；大青皮酸果实中可溶性固形物含量最高(17.1%)，与其它品种均成显著性差异。

| Abstract: | Change of anthocyanin content in juice and quality index were studied in ten pomegranate cultivars.
