多级喷射对柴油机燃烧与NOx排放影响的数值模拟

摘    要:基于KIVA-3V程序并应用引导喷射策略,对柴油机燃烧过程与NOx排放进行了数值模拟研究。研究结果表明:与传统的单级喷射相比,引导喷射可缩短主喷滞燃期,降低最高燃烧温度,从而降低NOx排放。若引导喷射提前角过小,则NOx排放降低较少;若引导喷射提前角过大,则NOx排放增加。在11°CA的引导喷射提前角、15%的引导喷射量和4°CA的主喷提前角下,NOx排放降低了约13%。

Numerical Simulation on Effect of Multiple Injection on Combustion and NOx Emission of Diesel Engine

Abstract:Based on KIVA-3V code,the numerical simulation on the combustion process and NOx emission of a diesel engine is carried out, using multiple injection methods. The results show that compared with the traditional single injection, pilot injection can decline the ignition delay period and the maximum combustion temperature, which lead to the reduction of the NOx emission;with too small advanced angle of the pilot injection,the NOx emission declines only a little;if the advanced angle of the pilot injection is too large, NOx emission increases. Under the condition of 11℃A advanced angle of the pilot injection,15% pilot injection fuel mass,and 4℃A advanced angle of the main injection,the NOx emission can be reduced by about 13%.
