蜡杨梅砧木嫁接东魁杨梅盐碱地栽培研究

摘    要:目的]开发耐盐碱型杨梅树种,解决沿海防护林经济树种的稀缺问题。方法]以蜡杨梅为砧木,分别采用劈接法和切接法对东魁杨梅进行原生地嫁接试验。结果]劈接法和切接法的成活率分别为74.59%和82.78%;对于嫁接枝的生长,切接法比劈接法生长稍快,但差异不显著;而对于嫁接枝冠幅的增长,切接法的冠幅增长比劈接法慢。结论]用蜡杨梅作砧木嫁接东魁杨梅适宜于盐碱地种植,劈接法和切接法2种嫁接法均有一定的应用价值。

Abstract: Objective] In order to develop salt tolerant bayberry tree,solve the problem of the scarcity of economic tree species. Method ] We used Myrica cerifera as rootstock to graft Myrica rubra Dongkui with cleft grafting and cut grafting method. Result] The survival rate of cleft graft- ing and cut grafting method were 74.59% and 82.78% respectively. For the growth of grafting,cut grafting was slightly faster than cleft grafting, but with no significant ; for graft crown growth, cut grafting was slower than cleft grafting. Conclusion ] The results showed that using Myrica cerif- era as rootstocks and Myrica rubra Dongkui as scion was suitable for planting in saline - alkali soil, and two grafting method beth have practical application value.
