| 摘 要： | 建立有效合理的预报思路是决定天气预报的成功关键，通过对Micaps系统的数据分析，并结合当地气候背景对短期天气预报思路的建立进行了分析总结，通过建立严谨的思路。更合理、更快速地整合环流形势、影响系统、各层天气要素、各类数值预报产品等，并结合实际情况查漏补缺，对进一步提高预报准确率有很大帮助。

| Abstract: | The establishment of an effective and rational forecast idea is the key to success of weather forecast. Through data analysis of Micaps system and combined local climate background, the establishment of short-term weather forecast idea was summarized. By establishing rigorous thinking, which on integrate circulation situation, influence system, weather elements of each layers and numerical weather prediction etc. , combined with local climatic background to predict the future weather, and fill in the gaps through the actual weather conditions can be great helpful to improve the forecast accuracy. |
