摘    要:目的]了解甘蔗新品种桂糖03-2287的蔗茎产量和蔗糖分表现,为其在甘蔗生产上推广应用提供科学依据。方法]对2011~2012和2012~2013年度广西甘蔗品种区域试验点桂糖03-2287和对照新台糖22号(ROC22)2年新植和1年宿根试验以及生产试验所获得的相关数据进行综合分析。结果]桂糖03-2287第1、2年新植平均甘蔗产量分别为100.00和106.67t/hm^2,兮别较对照增加10.58、12.47t/hm^2;从11月到次年2月份,平均蔗糖分分别为13.46%和13.77%,较对照低0.43和0.47个百分点;平均含糖量分别为13.31、14.70t/hm^2,分别比对照增加7.5%和10.3%。宿根平均甘蔗产量为113.37t/hm^2,较对照高23.8%;平均蔗糖分为13.99%;平均含糖量为15.81t/hm^2,比对照增加19.6%。在生产试验各试点中,桂糖03—2287的甘蔗产量均比对照ROC22高,平均较对照增加9.6%。结论]桂糖03-2287在新植和宿根中,较当前的主栽甘蔗品种ROC22更为高产、稳产,单位面积产糖量更高,新植蔗的蔗糖分比ROC22略低而宿根蔗无明显差异。应属一个中晚熟优良甘蔗品种,可在广西甘蔗生产上因地制宜地推广应用。

Performance of an Elite Sugarcane Clone,GT03 -2287 in Cane Yield and Sucrose Content

Abstract: Objective ] The current study was conducted to evaluate the performance of a new sugarcane clone GT 03 - 2287 in cane yield and sucrose content to provide a scientific reference for sugarcane production. Method ] The data from Guangxi sugarcane regional trial during 2011/2012 and 2012/2013, including two plant crops and one root crop, and production trial of GT 03 -2287 were analyzed and compared with ROC22 was control. Result] In the two plant crops, the averages of cane yields in GT 03 -2287 were 100.00 t/hm2 and 106.67 t/hm2, re- spectively, and 10.58 t/ha and 12.47 t/ha higher than those in ROC22, respectively. The averages of sucrose content from November to Febru- ary in GT 03 -2287 was 13.46% and 13.77%, respectively, which was 0.43 and O. 47 percent lower than those in ROC22. The averages of sug- ar yield in GT 03 -2287 were 13.31 and 14.70 t/hm2, respectively, which were 7.5% and 10.3% higher than in ROC22. In the first ratoon crop, the average cane yield was 113.37 t/hm2 in GT 03 - 2287, which was 23.8% higher compared to that in ROC22 ; the average sucrose con- tent was 13.99% , showing no difference from the control; but the sugar yield was 15.81 t/hm2, which was 19.6% higher than that in control. For the production trail (plant cane), the cane yield was higher in GT 03 -2287 than in ROC22 in all sites, and the average was improved by 9.6%. Conclusion] For both plant and ratoon crops, GT 03 -2287 showed higher and more stable cane and sugar productivity than ROC22, and the sucrose content in GT 03 - 2287 showed somewhat lower at early milling stage but no difference at late stage and ratoon crop compared with ROC22. Therefore, GT 03 - 2287 should be an excellent commercial variety for sugarcane production in Guangxi.
