PEG胁迫下不同抗旱性小麦品种幼苗形态及主要理化特性的比较

摘    要:选用6个抗旱性不同的小麦品种,用含有不同浓度PEG-6000的MS培养基模拟干旱胁迫,25 d后对其幼苗的形态和主要理化特性进行分析。结果表明:PEG胁迫下,抗旱性强的品种叶片数、根长、叶长和胚芽鞘长比抗旱性弱的品种有较强生长势、MDA的含量较低、SOD和POD活性提高较多。PEG浓度越高,差异越明显。因此,可以在100 g/L浓度的PEG处理下,以抗旱的小麦品种作对照,比较叶片数、根长、叶长和胚芽鞘长等性状的胁迫系数、MDA的相对含量、SOD和POD的相对活性,以这些指标简单快速鉴定供试品种的抗旱性。

Abstract:The seeds of six wheat varieties were treated with different concentrations of PEG in the MS medium, and both the morphology and biochemical characteristics of the seedlings were analyzed after 25 days. The results indicated that with the PEG water-stress, the drought- esistant wheat variety showed stronger growing tendency in terms of leaf number, root length, leaf length and coleoptile length, lower MDA content, higher SOD and POD activity compared with drought-sensitive one. The difference between drought-resistant wheat and drought-sensitive wheat was obvious if PEG concentration were increased. It is concluded that the indexes of water-stress such as leaf number, root length, leaf length and coleoptile length, relative MDA content, relative SOD and POD activity between drought-resistant wheat and drought-sensitive wheat can be used to identify drought resistance, under 100 g/L PEG-6000 water-stress.
