木醋液及炭醋肥对设施土壤微生物数量及相关性的影响

摘    要:本文通过田间小区试验,研究连续施用木醋液和炭醋肥对设施菜地土壤微生物数量的影响,为设施土壤改良提供科学依据。采用微生物培养法研究木醋液及炭醋肥施入设施土壤中对5茬蔬菜生长期间土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌、自生固氮菌、纤维分解菌和无机磷细菌数量的影响,并对不同类群微生物数量进行相关性分析。结果表明:设施土壤中施入木醋液和炭醋肥能够显著或极显著地增加土壤细菌、放线菌、自生固氮菌、纤维分解菌和无机磷细菌数量,减少真菌数量。二者的施用还能增强设施土壤不同类群微生物数量间的相关性;自生固氮菌和纤维分解菌呈极显著的正相关,无机磷细菌与其他类群之间的相关性存在处理间差异。相比对照,炭醋肥增加了土壤细菌、放线菌、自生固氮菌、纤维分解菌和无机磷细菌数量分别为23.9%、22.5%、72.5%、4.3%和46.9%;木醋液分别增加了11.3%、11.2%、66.7%、2.6%和24.9%;炭醋肥和木醋液施用后真菌数量分别减少了40.9%和54.9%。因此炭醋肥的施用效果优于木醋液,但是二者的连用超过3茬则无显著影响。

Abstract:Pyroligneous acid and its mixture with charcoal were applied in greenhouse soil,and their effects were studied on the quantity of soil microorganisms in order to provide a scientific basis for soil improvement.Effects of application of pyroligneous acid and its mixture with charcoal on the quantity of soil bacteria,fungi,actinomycetes,azotobacter,cellulose-decomposing bacteria and inorganic phosphate-dissolving bacteria during the five vegetables growth were studied by microbial cultivation.The correlation analysis of quantity was carried out between different microorganisms.The result showed that the application of pyroligneous acid and the mixture of pyroligneous and charcoal could enhance the quantity of soil bacteria,actinomycetes,azotobacter,cellulose-decomposing bacteria and inorganic phosphate-dissolving bacteria significantly or highly significant,decrease the quantity of soil fungi.The correlation between different microorganisms was strengthened by application of pyroligneous acid and its mixture with charcoal.There was a very significant positive correlation between the quantity of azotobacter and cellulose-decomposing bacteria.There was a difference between inorganic phosphate-dissolving bacteria and other group of microorganisms.Compared with controls,the quantity of soil bacteria,actinomycetes,azotobacter,cellulose-decomposing bacteria and inorganic phosphate-dissolving bacteria were increased respectively 23.9%,22.5%,72.5%,4.3% and 46.9% by application of the mixture of pyroligneous and charcoal,and 11.3%,11.2%,66.7%,2.6% and 24.9% by application of pyroligneous.So the effect of the mixture with pyroligneous and charcoal was better than pyroligneous acid.There was no significant influence after more than three crops consecutive applications.
