摘    要:[目的]分离培养兰州百合根中内生真菌,筛选具有促进生长和抗旱作用的菌株。[方法]利用真菌一兰州百合幼苗共培养体系筛选益生菌,研究干旱条件下益生真菌对兰州百合幼苗生长和抗旱性的影响。[结果]获得1株可以在干旱胁迫条件下明显促进兰州百合幼苗生长和抗旱的内生真菌。[结论]利用内生真菌抵御干旱胁迫是一种新的策略,具有良好的发展前景。

Preliminary Study of Endophfic Fungi Promoting Growth and Drought Tolerance of Lilium davidii var. unicolor

Abstract:[ Objective ] The study aimed to isolate endophytie fungi from roots of Lilium davidii var. unicolor and screen fungi promoting growth and drought resistance. [ Method ] Set up co-cultural system and screened fungi for improving the growth of L. davidii var. unicolor seedling. The effects of the benefical fungi on seedling growth and drought tolerance under drought stress were investigated. [ Result ] We found one of these endophytes had the ability to significantly increase growth and drought stress resistance of L. davidii var. unicolor seedlings. [ Conclusion ] To improve the growth and the quanlity of L. davidii var. unicolor under drought stress, the use of endophytic symbionts is a promising method.
