杜仲黄酮的微乳薄层色谱分离鉴定研究

摘    要:以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)-正丁醇-正庚烷-水微乳液作为展开剂,通过聚酰胺薄层色谱,研究了微乳液类型对杜仲黄酮分辩率的影响。选择含水量70的微乳液作为展开剂,检测灵敏度显著提高,分离效果理想。

Abstract:The influence of microemulsion types on resolving power of Eucommia flavonoids was investigated with SDS/n-C4H9OH/n-C7H16/H2O microemulsion as developer on polyamide film. The best mobile phase was the microemulsion containing 70% water. Compared with general mobile phase the sensitivity of detection was improved markedly and the test results were satisfactory. This new chromatography method is simple,accurate for separation and identification of Eucommia and its products.
