试论我国的城乡二元经济结构

由于长期的体制和政策原因,我国形成了二元经济结构,“三农”问题日益严峻,制约了我国经济的进一步发展。以往解决二元经济的思路仅仅局限于解决“三农”问题,就农业论农业,就农村论农村,十六大提出了统筹城乡发展的战略思想和发展思路,为解决二元经济问题开辟了新的道路。

Exploring Two- factor Economic System in China

Because of the problem of system and policy, two-factor economic system has informed in China, and issue of countryside farmers and agriculture has become more and more serious, which restrict the development of economy. Traditional way of dealing with these problems only focused on the issue of countryside, farmers and agriculture, ignoring the coordination. Since Sixteenth National Congress, coordinating urban-rural development policy gives us a new way of thinking to solve the problem of two-factor economic system.
