巴彦淖尔市农业信息化研究

文章主要研究了巴彦淖尔市农业信息化的发展建设情况。巴彦淖尔市农业信息化起步较晚,但发展迅速,目前已取得一定成绩,主要表现为信息意识加强;农业信息系统开发成果效果显著;农村科技信息示范网络体系基本形成;建立了稳定的信息服务载体。同时,也存在许多问题和不足,尤以农业信息化硬件设施滞后、信息使用成本高、信息网络重复建设、信息服务体系不完善、人才资源缺乏、农民文化素质低等问题严重。最后,通过借鉴国外发达国家农业信息化成功经验,对比找到国内外农业信息化的共性与差异,为提高巴彦淖尔市农业信息化水平提出了切实可行的政策措施,可归纳为:政府引导,多方参与;资金投入,加强基建;政策到位,服务于民;全局统筹,资源共享;素质培养,人才引进;健全法制,保护利益。
