东黄输油管道泄漏监测问题分析

摘    要:介绍了负压波法泄漏监测定位原理,对东黄管道泄漏监测系统无法有效定位问题进行了分析研究,认为系统将管输介质中压力波的传播速度设定为定值是造成在特定条件下系统无法有效定位的主要原因.针对目前东黄管道运行情况,提出了增加取压点、对进站阀进行节流以提高进站压力、改变管路工况以消除管输不满流等改进措施,取得了较好的效果.

Abstract:The location principle for the negative-pressure wave technique of oil leakage detection system is de-scribed and the analysis and study on location failure of the system used in Dongying-Huangdao Oil Pipe-line are made. It is considered that this failure produced from the constant value designed for the transmis-sion speed of pressure wave of oil medium under the special conditions. So, the improvement on increasing the pressure point sampled,valve throttling to increase the input pressure of station and regulating the op-eration condition to eliminate the half-flowing is made and satisfactory results are obtained.
