盐胁迫对白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:研究了不同盐(NaCl)浓度处理对白菜种子发芽势、发芽率及幼苗生长的影响,结果表明:盐胁迫下,各白菜品种发芽势、发芽率均呈总体下降趋势,幼根生长受盐胁迫抑制明显;碧玉大白菜各项指标与其他品种间具有0.05水平显著差异,在0.6%盐浓度下碧玉大白菜表现较好。

Abstract:The variation of germination characteristics of Chinese cabbage(Brassica campestris ssp.) varieties was studied and compared to determine the effect of NaCl stress on seed germination.The seed germination energy,germination percentage and seedling growth were tested.The results showed that the seed germination and seed germination percentage were decreased with the increment of NaCl concentration.The radicle growth was greatly inhibited under NaCl stress.Integrated valuation of the salt tolerance of these 6 varieties showed that the salt density must be controlled under 1.0% when the cabbage was germinating.The variety-Biyu had the significance difference compared with other varieties and was growing well under 0.6% of salinity.
