| Abstract: | By fully analyzed and discussed the conception, characters,price types and appraisal principle of arable badlands,this paper draws a conclusion for arable badlands that income capitalization approach is the first selected method,and at the same time cost approach or hypothetical development method can be used to verify the result . |
