| 摘 要： | 本文利用组织学方法测定了鸡、鸭、鹅、家鸽和鹌鹑五种家禽蛋内壳膜（内、外膜）的厚度，其顺序为：鹅＞鸭＞鹌鹑＞家鸽，其蛋壳膜厚度与蛋白与蛋的大小及蛋壳强度存在着一定的相关。
